I just wanted to drop you a note of thanks for the effort you put into helping us select the appropriate Arctic Spa nearly two years ago. As you know, we took our time investigating and trying out just about every brand known to man. And you thought we were just going to use your store models for a few years (and you were not the only vendor with those thoughts).  ; )
The Arctic Spa Tundra Legend has exceeded every one of our functional and personal expectations, while providing us with a low cost of peaceful relaxation.
And thanks for all of your follow-up support since the well-managed install and courtesy visits.
The Tundra Legend has made our outdoor patio a year-round "room with a view." Mary and I use our spa regularly. It is the perfect antidote to our winter's cold weather. A couple of night's ago on a clear 5-degree evening I lost track of time in the 104-degree hot tub while watching the stars and relaxing. That's a pretty common practice around here.
This spa was intended as a family utility, and our high school and college-age daughters often invite their friends to our home for the hot tub. It seats seven easily, so nobody gets left out. It's nice to know the kids are safe and that their friends want to come to our home.
